My wife and I are looking for someone to take over our lease as we are moving out of Ithaca for a job opportunity. The unit is a very spacious and recently renovated 2 bedroom unit with 1.5 bathrooms; Ithaca Tofu is right next to the apartment complex. Nice kitchen amenities, balcony, central air/heat, and new washer/dryer in-unit. It is on the top floor (2nd) so no need to worry about noise from upstairs. Heating, water, parking, and all other utilities except electricity are included; we generally run an electric bill of $40-50/month with everyday cooking and lots of TV watching. Pet-friendly as well if needed. 32 bus line is right in front of the apartment complex and 30 bus line is 5 minutes away (walking). You would be taking over our lease beginning in January or February until mid July of 2019. Price is $1600/month and negotiable. Please see pictures below.
