The rent ranges from $595-$780, depending on the room's size, location, and whether it has a private bathroom. Included in the rent are: utilities, Wi-Fi, satellite television, parking, on-site laundry, and professional housekeeping for the common area.
In the house, there are total of 9 single rooms: 5 with private bathrooms, and 4 with shared bathrooms. All the rooms are furnished with high-end furniture and bedding, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware. Please see below for a more detailed description of the furnishings.
The Chinese Culture House provides hotel-style student housing with the comforts of modern luxury. The house is intended to provide residents with cultural support, companionship, and a home-like environment as they make the transition into a new school and culture. The house is located at 572 Warren Rd in a lovely, quiet, private neighborhood; it is set on a beautiful creek surrounded by old trees on almost 2 acres of land. 房子有三个卧室、两个卫生间、厨房、餐厅、客厅、书房、花房、地下室（洗衣机和烘干机）、车库及前后草坪大院。主卧有一男士长期居住，其他两个卧室可以长短期租住。除了卧室外，所有的空间均共用。设施齐全。从卧室餐厅和客厅均可观景，远方的山景湖景尽收眼底，每天可以观赏美丽的Cayuga夕阳晚霞。房间家具床上用品配备齐全，拎包可以入住。
