［帮数学系男生转］
Hi, I am subletting my room for June/July 2017. There are 10-12 other rooms in the house but during the summer, there are usually only a few people who remain behind. Most of the tenants are graduate students. The house is next to West Campus, about 5 minutes walk going to Noyes and 10 minutes walk going to the Engineering Quad (through the law school). The area is very quiet, especially from my side of the room.
The house has 2 kitchens, 1 living room, and there is a bathroom on every floor. There's also a coin-operated washing machine/dryer inside the house. The rooms are also furnished and mine comes with a fridge. Please note that this is NOT a coop and no pets are allowed.
The house is only for Cornell students (grad/undergrad). I pay $720 per month for the rent which includes all utilities and a bimonthly cleaning service for the common areas but I am only charging $400 per month for this summer.
