Northeast三房两厕套房8月至6月(毕业)续租($480+/每月每房)

A 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment (1,310 sqft) in WarrenWood Apartments (600 Warren Road 3-1F, Ithaca, NY 14850), located in Northeast Ithaca to be subleased. This 3BR/2Ba Apt. will be available after August 1 2016, and sublease goes till June 19, 2017 (this time framework fits the May/June graduation time better than those ending in August). You could renew the lease with the landlord for future periods beyond June 2017. For this sublease, we will pay $2,000 to the landlord to reduce your base rent to:

- Rent: $1,499/month
- Water/Sewer surcharge: $30/month
- In-unit all-in-one LG washer/dryer: $75/month

- Base rent: $1,499/month
- Water/Sewer surcharge: $30/month
- In-unit all-in-one LG washer/dryer: $75/month (it costs almost the same for you to use the coin machines in the apartment complex)

Rent includes landscaping, snow plowing, trash and recycling pick up, open parking. You will pay all the rents to the WarrenWood property management monthly, instead of to us.

All WarrenWood apartments are unfurnished. If you prefer an furnished apartment, we can buy the furniture (beds, mattress, desks, chairs, sofa, dining tables, etc.), ship them to this apartment, and fully installed them before you move-in. You will own/keep all the furniture at the end of the lease (you may move them with you or just sell them).

- For used (second-hand) furniture, the base rent will be increased to $1700/month
- For brand-new furniture, the base rent will be $1850/month.
