Positions
1.Equity Analyst (QFII Team)
Requirement- Both master and bachelor degrees from top US universities;- Internship experience from recognized global buy-side or sells-side firms;- Excellent academic records and strong analytic skills;- Strong teamwork mentality and ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external counterparties. Comfort in debating with investment team members and having his/her investment ideas challenged;- Excellent English and Chinese written and verbal communication skills, including ease with public speaking in both languages (presentations, road-shows, etc). Ability to effectively presenting the firm to its clients.- Proficiency with Bloomberg
2. Quantitative Analyst
Requirement- Advanced degrees from top universities in the US or other developed countries, preferably PhD in a technical discipline such as physics, finance, statistics/econometrics, applied mathematics, computer science or financial engineering- Creative thinking, effective problem solving and ability to adjust to different market and working environment- Strong independent and logical thinking capability- Willing to share research findings
3. Fixed Income Analyst
Requirement- Degrees from reputable universities, preferably master’s degrees in finance, economics or accounting;- Strong teamwork mentality and ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external counterparties;- Excellent English and Chinese written and verbal communication skills, including ease with public speaking in both languages;- Uncompromised integrity and clean personal record;
4. Fixed Income Trader
Requirement- same as 3.
5. International Business Development
Requirement- Keen interest in institutional clients development, product development, as well as other cross-border business development;- Bachelor/Master's degree from top universities in U.S. or other English-speaking developed countries;- Excellent English and Chinese written and verbal communication skills, including ease with public speaking in both languages (presentations, road-shows, etc);- Highly motivated, logical thinker, attention to details, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines;- Willingness and ability to travel;- Able to work both independently and as part of the team;- Uncompromised integrity and clean personal record;- Proficiency with Wind Financial, Bloomberg, Factset and Barra.
6. Assistant Product Manager
Requirement- Master’s degree in finance, economics, management, marketing or a related field from a top overseas university.- Excellent communication skills and analytical skills.- Uncompromised integrity and clean personal record.- Always adhere to high standards and self motivated.
7. Assistant Sales Manager
Requirement- Master’s degree in finance, economics, management, marketing or a related field from a top overseas university.- Excellent English and Chinese written and verbal communication skills, including ease with public speaking in both languages (presentations, road-shows, etc). Effectively presenting the firm to its clients.- Excellent communication skills and analytical skills.- Uncompromised integrity and clean personal record.- Always adhere to high standards and self motivated.- Patient, steadfast, detail oriented and a strong sense of responsibility.
