We have a beautiful 4 br house for rent starting Aug 1, 2014 (could be as early as beginning of June). Pls check pics first (read description for each pic to get more detail of this house)!
It's a furnished house, most furnitures you saw in the pics come with the house, and if you need something else, like big TV or whatever, the landlord is a very nice guy and he will provide them for you.
Rent is $2286 monthly excluding utilities. It is close to Cornell campus, 1.5 mi or less than 5 min drive. There is also a bus stop near house where bus comes every hour, and there is a bike trail leading directly to Cornell campus as well.
