Conditions: the apartment is furnished with two bedrooms( including the subleasing room), living room, dining room，bathroom and kitchen(appliances are supplied). The apartment have aircondition in summer( this is rare in the area of Ithaca). There are free internet and wifi in the apartment. Lease term: the room is vacation from now, the end time of my lease is Dec.31, 2014(it can be extended), but your lease term can be flexible.
