Hi all,


I'm looking for a roommate to share a 2BR Apt. Ideally looking for a graduate student / Post Doc at Cornell University like myself.

Location:

Apartment:
- 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with Balcony
- Large living room space with wood floors
- Very spacious: 1025 sqft

Convenience:
- Very convenient to commute to Cornell University by taking TCAT #30, #32, #70, and #72. Less than 1 minute walk to TCAT stops. 10 mins to the Cornell University campus.
- Very close to Ithaca Mall for shopping, movie theater, grocery stores, and restaurants.

Rent is $600 each person and we would be splitting internet (~$25 a person) and heat and electricity (~$50 a person).

Free parking lot.

AVAILABLE: August 7th (maybe even earlier) - looking to sign a one year lease (August 7, 2013 ~ August 15, 2014).

No pets please.

I am not a party person. I look for a clean and quiet roommate.
