下边是详细的描述。。。
I would like to sublease my room in a 2-bedroom apartment in gunhill residence during May 18th to July 15th. It is well furnished with a restroom, a kitchen, living room and a large storage room. Rent is negotiable.
Gunhill residence is within walking distance (8 min) to campus. Also, there is shuttle every 15 minutes AND No.10 bus for transportation, as well as weekend shuttle to Wegmans for shopping. Parking is free for residents. Laundry room and super friendly on-site management is also available. (To be honest, the management team in gunhill is the most helpful and responsible staffs I've ever met..that makes life much easier and safer!!)
Our home is clean and decorated with style. We also have everything you need in the house so basically anyone can move in without concern about issues of cooking, cleaning, even ironing your clothes!
