Rooms at the Chinese Culture House are now available to rent for year, or academic year (12 month or 10 month lease).
The rent ranges from $595-$680, depending on the room's size, location, and whether it has a private bathroom. Included in the rent are: utilities, Wi-Fi, satellite television, parking, on-site laundry, and professional housekeeping for the common area.
In the house, there are total of 9 single rooms: 5 with private bathrooms, and 4 with shared bathrooms. All the rooms are furnished with high-end furniture and bedding, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware. Please see below for a more detailed description of the furnishings.
The Chinese Culture House provides hotel-style student housing with the comforts of modern luxury.
