The room I am renting is in a well maintained fully furnished house. It is a private bedroom in a 3 bedroom house (sharing with 2 respectful post doc researchers) with shared bathroom, large common space and a fully equipped kitchen. It is well located half way between Cornell University and downtown Ithaca. 5 min walk to College Town.
- Available from June 2017 to mid August 2017
- Rent is $700.00 / month all utilities (heat, water, electricity, internet all included) (fully furnished kitchen)
- Washer and dryer unit in building
