I have one specious room for rent in a 3BR apartment. The apartment is located on 2250 N Triphammer Road, it is a peaceful and well-maintained community and a very convenient place. You can catch route 30 or 32 to get to campus in 10 mins. And it is also close to Triphammer mall, Asian Tofu shop and only walking distance to Ithaca Mall.
The whole apartment is well furnished. There is a kitchen with all necessary appliances, a real, specious balcony, a newly-decorated living room with sofa, coffee table, a large HDTV (you can access to Amazon Prime Fire TVs for free). The apartment also has its own laundry. For the room, there is a queen size bed, two large book shelves, a large desk, a dresser and other small stuffs.  
Your roommates are two quite, clean Cornell female graduate students.
The room is available in spring semester and the ideal lease term starts from Jan.1 to Jun 30th. But the dates are flexible and extension is possible. The rent is ＄450 per month, gas and heat are included and other utilities is $30 per/person on average. It is a really cheap and nice place.

本来这个房间已经租出去了，可是原来租的女孩因为接到另外一个offer 可能春季学期不来Cornell，原来的帖子沉了，所以得重新贴一下。
这个房间虽然不是主卧，但是也是挺宽敞的，大概有140 square feet 左右，整套公寓有三个房间，位置是2250N Triphammer Road，这个小区是校外比较高级的小区，很安全、也很安静，而且周围有Triphammer Mall 和豆腐店，离Ithaca Mall 也是步行10分钟的距离。购物、休闲、健身都很方便。小区门口有30、32路10分钟可以到学校各处。
整个公寓都带家具，客厅是全新装修的，有沙发和大电视，电视可以免费看美国和中国电视，apartment内自带laundry；厨房设施齐全，有宽敞的阳台；出租的房子带家具，包括双人床、大书桌、书柜、衣柜、还有其他小家具，可以直接入住。
租金是一个月450，包括暖气和水费，其他还需要自己叫网费和电话，大概每人每月30左右，租期希望从1月1日开始，半年或一年均可，其他情况也可是商量，prefer 女生，如果是男生的话要其他两个室友同意。其他两个室友都是cornell的研究生，女生，很安静很干净的女孩。
