I'll be in DC next semester and have a room available for sublease this weekend upon July 2014.
Fully furnished bedroom with a queen size bed, futon, chair, closet and lovely real wood desk (all furnitures new!). The bedroom is in a big 2-story townhouse in Summerhill, with TCAT buses(82/92/93/51) every 15 minutes;
Supermarket, gym and numerous restaurants within walking distance.
House includes: Kitchen, living room with sofa, air conditioning and fireplace downstairs; Patio outside for viewing; Washing & drying machine - laundry in the house!
Rent: $470/mo INCLUDING parking ; Utilities around $40/mo;
Roommates: 2 friendly graduate students
Room is available from December 14th to July 31st, and specific lease time is NEGOTIABLE (with possibility to renew lease into next year).
