We are subleasing two bedrooms in a 3-bedroom apt in winston ct for a year lease. One room is availble from July 23rd and the other is available around Sept 9. It is 2 minute walk to 31 bus stop and convenient for those who do not have cars. The monthly rent is ~ $1115. It is on the second floor (Also the top floor). One kitchen and one bathroom. Laundry is in the basement. Hot water and heat is included. Electricity and internet is about $20 if you have three people share the rent. off street parking is also available！The room is well maintained, clean! One big room, one midsize room and one small room but all of them are relative big.
BTW some simple furniture will be left to you! Tables etc.
