位置：距离学校、Collegetown仅10分钟路程，交通便捷，82,93等路公车站就在公寓门口。周围环境优美，非常安静。

价格：房间----$670（包含水、电、燃气费，网费，热水费，电视Cable，洗衣烘干等)

Location: on the corner of Maple Avenue and Cornell Street; 5-minute walk to College-town, 10-minute walk to Sage Hall or Statler Hall, just next to a bus stop; Route 82 available every 15 minutes during weekdays, Route 92 available on weekends within walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, and banks (http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&tab=wl&authuser=0 ).

Townhouse ( 2 floors): fully-furnished; new furniture provided; with ample sunlight through French window; lovely backyard 3 bedrooms(air-conditioned); 1.5 baths free access to washer/dryer just in the apartment, a very spacious kitchen with a dinning room.
