The carpeted living area comes fully furnished with a full-sized bed, dresser, bookcase, desk, small table, and two chairs. The large south-facing windows face away from Dryden Rd. The studio's unique angled windows allow for more light and great views over the valley towards Cayuga Lake.
The rent includes heat and hot water, and trash removal fees. Each apartment is wired for cable and internet. Our full time maintenance staff is available 24 hours a day. Parking is available for an additional fee.
Best location in Ithaca. Walking distance (1min) to bus stops, Collegetown Crossing and Schwartz Perfoming Art Center, 5 mins to Stewart@williams, access to almost all buses,10/30/31/32/41/51/72/90/92/93, easy to go to North Campus, Center Campus, Downtown and Shopping plazas. Restaurants and other convenient shops are just downstairs.
