It is a two-bedroom apartment at Lansing West apartments. I would like to sublease the apartment or transfer my contract. If you take over my contract entirely, I am willing to give all furniture and devices (cost around $4000) mentioned below to you for free!
- It has in-house washer and dryer.
- It is on 3rd floor and has a beautiful balcony.
- In living room, it has sofa bed, tea table, 48 inch TV with stand, 5.1 home theater.
- In dinning room, it has a dinning table with four chairs.
- In kitchen, it has a oven, electric range, microwave oven, steam cooker, dishes, bowls, and so forth.
- In big bedroom, it has a queen size bed with 10 inch memory foam mattress, two night stands, two lamps, and a wood closet.
- In small bedroom, it has a L-shape desk, office chair, EPSON printer/scanner, three plastic drawer stands, a table lamp, and a floor lamp.
- Parking is free at Lansing West. I am also selling my car.
The apartment will be available from Nov 25 on. The original rent is $1462 (include water and sewer). My current lease contract is to expire on May 7, 2018, which can extend if you want.
