I am looking to sublet my room in a summerhill/plaza east 3br apartment from Jan 2018 till July 2018. The apartment is located right behind best western university inn. Each room has its own private bathroom and you will share the living room and kitchen space with two other Cornell Ph.D. students. The location is very convenient as it is on the bus route with bus 82 running through campus every 10mins during the day, and bus 92, 93 serves between east hill plaza and campus till midnight. The complex is also within a short walking distance to several dining places and a grocery store. Free laundry is available within the apartment. The rent is about $675/room/month plus utilities, which ranges between 50-100 per month depending on the season. Please email me if you are interested.
