因这学期毕业要搬到外州，所以出租位于East Hill Plaza的Summerhill小区一套两层townhouse中一个大卧室，租期从明年一月底起到六月底，之后可以续租，具体入住时间可商议。
地理位置：位于地理位置极佳的East Hill Plaza，开车到学校仅4分钟，2分钟步行到公交车站，一周七天均有公交车往返校园，10分钟到campus，82路/92路/93路/51路/52路，每15分钟一班，晚至凌晨1点。
Plaza内有PC Fresh大超市，步行3分钟可到，另有Collegetown Bagel, Burger King, Subway, Buffalo Wings, 中国餐馆，及加油站，吃饭购物十分方便，周围环境优美，非常安静。
Summerhill这个小区在康村口碑极好，每年申请都要排队，非常火爆，上学期早在4月份就全部被预定完了。
关于房间：三室一厅三卫，底楼是客厅和厨房，面积很大，二楼三个卧室，通风阳光充足，有空调。楼下有一客卫，楼上我的房间里有独立卫生间，然后另两个卧室公用一个卫生间。
房间里有双人床/书桌/电脑桌/柜子/衣橱/衣帽间，拎包即可入住。客厅有大餐桌，沙发，洗碗机，冰箱，微波炉，烤箱等。房子里自带洗衣机和烘干机。
周围环境：自带免费停车位，小区安静舒适，安全干净，住户大部分为Cornell Graduate学生。公寓前后是大片的绿草地，还有晾衣的地方。
室友：两个Cornell CIPA女生，性格热情活泼友善爱干净，男女室友都欢迎。
价格：$590/月，具体价格可以商量，电和气另付，大概共$40/月。

Starting from the end of January 2015, the large bedroom in this beautiful and convenient located town house unit will be available for rent for only $590. You will live in this 2 floor townhouse with 3 bedrooms, plus in unit washer/dryer! This is one of the units managed by Ithaca Homes, which offers deluxe apartments and nice community. It's located right beside east hill plaza, very convenient for shopping and dining, route 82 bus offers service every 15 min to Cornell campus, within 5 min driving to Cornell and you will have two free reserved parking space. The living environment is quite and safe, most tenants here are family/ students/ scholars.
This townhouse has two floors, 1st floor has living room, kitchen, and a half bath; 2nd floor has three bedrooms, two of them share one full bathroom and the other one, which is the room you get, has its own attached full bathroom. Washer/ dryer located in the 1st floor, central air conditioner is installed both for cooling and heating. Utilities are not included, and the unit is originally unfurnished, but we have lived here for half a year and have a complete set of furniture, so you may just move in without buying any furniture.
