我想出租位于康奈尔大学Maplewood公园的一套两居室公寓中的一间卧室，具体细节如下：
1. 位置与交通：该卧室所在公寓位于康奈尔大学Maplewood公园，地理位置理想，交通便捷——步行到学校主要院系和行政办公楼大概15分钟左右，有多路公交通往康奈尔大学和Ithace各处（凭康大校园卡可免费乘坐）。
2. 条件与环境：该卧室所在公寓共两间卧室，另配有厨房、客厅、饭厅、浴室。公寓有家具，可拎包入住；厨房电子炉灶、烤炉、冰箱、锅碗瓢盆刀具等齐全。住处网络通畅，并有免费wifi可用。
3. 入住与租期：该卧室现在即可入住，我的合同期到2014年12月底（可延长到2015年6月30日）。
4. 租金情况：月租金520美元，该价格包括各项费用，如供暖费、电费、冷热水费、网络和wifi费。

Dear all,
I am subleasing one bedroom in a campus’s apartment , the details are as follows:
1.Location: the apartment located at Maplewood Park of Cornell University ,the location is very convenient because the distance from it to many schools and offices of the university is about 15 minutes by walk, a lot of bus routes can arrive every
place of the university and Ithaca.
2.Conditions: the apartment is furnished with two bedrooms( including the
subleasing room), one living room, one dining room, one bathroom and kitchen(appliances are supplied). The apartment have air condition in summer( this is rare in Ithaca). There are free internet and wifi in the
apartment.
3.Lease term: the room is vacation from now, the end time of my lease is Dec.31, 2014(it can be extended).
4.Rent price: $520/per month, including all kinds of fees(such as heating gas, electric, cool and hot water, internet, wifi)
