We have a bedroom available from Feb to June. (The lease should be extendable) It's a four-bedroom apartment at 409 Lake Street (Cliffside Terrace Apartment). Photos are attached. The bedroom is furnished with a bed, a desk, a chair and a lamp. You can move in easily. You'll share the apartment with three other girls from graduate school.
