The Expressive Voice*

Do you tend to lose your voice? Do you struggle to be heard when you speak in front of a group? Do you wish you could learn to speak more clearly and effectively? Through a series of carefully sequenced exercises, students will acquire the ability to relax the voice, breathe properly, center pitch and tone, and articulate clearly. Over the course of the session, students will apply exercises learned in class to three enjoyable performance projects and develop a personalized warm-up regimen that can be used in all public speaking situations.
