Looking for a Masters or a mature undergraduate female student to fill a room in our lovely 3-bedroom apartment. Current tenants are a 4th-year PhD student (from Malaysia) and a senior undergraduate (in US). We are quiet and industrious, and we try to keep the place neat.

Rent is $550/month. We have plenty of living room space, a kitchen and a garden out back. There are two shared bathrooms with recently refurbished floors. Heat is included in the rent, the utilities we pay for are electricity and internet (about $30 to $40 per person per month). The room looks out to the quiet backyard, and features a walk-in closet. Furniture includes a desk, office chair, dresser, and bed. The laundry room is just across the hallway from the apartment.
The location is only 5 minutes walk away from Milstein Hall (the Architecture school), about 15 minutes walk from the Engineering Quad, and about 20 minutes walk from Riley Robb. Perfect for people who love to run outdoors (Beebe lake and the Cornell Plantations are close by). In the wintertime, the gym at Helen Newman hall is only a 10-minute walk away. The TCAT bus route 30 stops just a block away from the apartment complex (at Thurston and Wyckoff), so very convenient to get about Ithaca if you do not have a car.
