Hi all,
I am going to graduate and my apartment is available May 29th to July 23rd.
由于本人就要毕业啦，从5月29日-7月23日早上8点，反正房子空着也是空着。
我也不是很在乎价格了，不过也给个参考价吧，可以再讲。
The original rent is $650 per month right now. I don't care too much about the rent right now. So, the rent is highly negotiable. If you want me to give a recommended price: I would say maybe $299 per month and $499 for two months.
本来今年月租已达到650，现在大出血，$299一个月，$499两个月，水网全包。
